Delivery, Receipt and Payment at ProBox

At ProBox, we are committed to providing you with a smooth, secure and satisfying online shopping experience. We understand how important it is to receive your products quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery and payment process.

Fast Delivery and Receipt

Our delivery times are indicative and valid for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please note that we do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Deliveries are managed by our carrier partners who are responsible for providing you with the best possible service. Delivery times vary depending on delivery areas and are generally 1 to 3 working days, subject to product availability. Although delivery dates are provided as an indication, we make every effort to meet these deadlines. In some remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 days. However, please note that late delivery cannot result in cancellation of your order, price reduction or damages.

Delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the product is made available to you by the carrier, which is confirmed by signing a delivery note. We strongly encourage you to check the goods as soon as they arrive and report any reservations or justified complaints. Reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) working days following delivery. A copy of this correspondence must also be sent to us.

Security and Simplicity of Payment

We offer several payment methods for your comfort and security: Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All online transactions are secured using a data encryption protocol.

Most of our products are payable on order, unless otherwise stated. Any payment made before delivery is considered a deposit on the final sale price. In the event of non-payment by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend the order and/or delivery, regardless of their nature and level of execution.

Payment Terms for Businesses

We understand that businesses have specific payment needs. That's why we offer flexible solutions tailored to your situation. Companies have the option of requesting a proforma invoice payable by transfer before shipping the order. In addition, we also offer payment terms spread over 14 days, subject to ProBox's agreement. This flexible approach allows you to manage your cash flow while enjoying our quality products.

Although late penalties may apply in the event of late payment, we remain open to discussion to find solutions and avoid any inconvenience.
