If ordered before 3:00 p.m., your order will be dispatched the same day.
How much does delivery cost in France?
Delivery in France is 3.95€ . This makes it the lowest price on the market.
From how much can I have a free delivery?
The delivery of your order is free from 125€ of purchase.
How many days can delivery of my order take?
The delivery time for an order varies from 1 to 3 working days for the largest cities in France . For the less accessible places, it may, in exceptional cases, that the delivery takes up to 5 days.
Can I track my order online?
Yes, once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order in real time on the carrier's website.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the necessary changes before shipping.
How are my moving boxes shipped?
Moving boxes are delivered flat in packages of up to 30 boxes. All our packages are packed in a specially designed shipping box. In the event of an order of more than 30 boxes or with certain packaging, your order is sent in several packages.

What are the dimensions of the moving boxes you offer?
We offer a variety of moving box sizes to suit different needs. You will find boxes of different sizes, ranging from small boxes for books and vinyls to larger boxes for bulky items. The specific dimensions are indicated on each product sheet. With our experience as professional movers for many years, the dimensions of the boxes have been studied to ensure efficiency in terms of weight / volume and are proven every day on removals.
Are the boxes sold as a set or individually?
Our moving boxes are generally sold in sets to offer you a complete solution during your move. Information on the quantity included in each bundle is available on the product pages.
What is the load capacity of the boxes?
Our boxes are all reinforced double thickness. It can accommodate a load of up to 60kg for the largest. However, to avoid injuring yourself when handling them, we advise you to adapt the weight according to their size. Choose small boxes for books and heavy objects and larger boxes for clothes and miscellaneous objects.
Are your boxes reusable?
Yes, thanks to the excellent manufacturing quality of our boxes, they are generally reusable for the most part depending on their use.
Are the boxes recyclable?
All our boxes and the majority of our packaging products are 100% made from recycled material. They are of course recyclable.
Do you offer complete moving packing kits?
We will offer the possibility of creating your complete kit according to your specific needs. With just a few clicks, you can add everything you need to the basket for the smooth running of your move.

What types of packing materials do you offer for moving?
We offer a range of essential packing materials to meet your moving needs. This includes, furniture covers, duct tape, bubble wrap, moving blankets and dish wrapping paper.
Are the protective covers suitable for all types of furniture?
We offer 4 types of protective covers for sofa, armchair, chairs and mattress.
What packaging can I use to protect furniture other than those mentioned above?
Thanks to the moving blanket, you can pack any type of furniture or decoration. This blanket is specially designed for moving preventing knocks or scratches. Use tape to hold the cover to your furniture. By filming everything with stretch film over the cover, you will have carried out a professional casis packaging guaranteeing high protection and flawless maintenance of the moving cover.
What can I use as packaging to stuff my moving boxes?
If there are any empty spaces in your moving box, you can use cushioning particles, bubble wrap, dish wrapping paper. Or just sheets, blanket or socks. This allows excellent maintenance of your goods in the boxes and limits their movement inside them.
